Register here for location. This event will be held on the UCLA campus, in person. Refreshments will be provided. For those who cannot join us in person, please RSVP with the virtual option to join us on zoom!
Join us for the official launch of the online course If I Must Die: Public Health Power and Palestine
The course reflects the work of current and former Fielding School of Public Health graduate students and faculty who organized to create a class where anyone with an interest in anticolonialism and health justice in Palestine can learn together! This course was made in response to a department and school that chose complicity and silence in the face of this ongoing public health disaster. This event will provide the audience an opportunity to hear from the course creators about their journey in launching this platform for learning.
We will also hear updates from our guest speaker Dr. Feroze Sidhwa, on his experiences as a volunteer trauma surgeon in Gaza.
